These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of StoneHub's cloud software, including visual CAD estimation tools, automated slab nesting algorithms, remnant inventory databases, and CNC bridge saw DXF export modules. By creating an account or starting a 14-day free trial, you agree to these terms.
1. 14-Day Free Trial & Subscription Plans
StoneHub offers a 14-day free trial without requiring credit card entry upfront. Following the trial period, continuous access requires subscribing to either our Pro Plan ($79/mo billed annually or $99/mo) or Master Plan ($159/mo billed annually or $199/mo).
- Billing Frequency: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected billing plan.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. We do not charge cancellation fees.
- Refunds: Because of our free 14-day evaluation trial, payments are non-refundable once billed, except where required by applicable consumer law.
2. Account Seats & Authorized Use
Each user seat is assigned to an individual team member (estimators, sawyers, shop floor managers, or administrators). You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your shop workspace.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or redistribute StoneHub's proprietary algorithmic nesting engine, layout optimization code, or user interface components.
3. Shop Intellectual Property & Content Rights
You retain all ownership, title, and intellectual property rights in and to all customer designs, DXF files, CAD layouts, material pricing matrices, and inventory records you input or create within StoneHub.
You grant StoneHub a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, process, and transmit your data for the purpose of providing the service to your team.
4. CNC Machine Operations & Shop Floor Verification
StoneHub generates standard DXF cutting packages and nesting simulations based on user input parameters. Because physical stone slabs may possess natural fissures, vein irregularities, or variations in thickness, and bridge saw machinery requires physical calibration (blade kerf offset, plunge rates, suction pod placement), the shop operator remains solely responsible for verifying toolpaths and machine clearances before executing physical cuts on raw slabs.
5. Service Availability & SLA
StoneHub targets 99.9% application uptime. We employ automated cloud failovers and continuous database backups to ensure estimators and saw operators experience uninterrupted access during shop operational hours.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoneHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, material waste, downtime, or machine damage resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or state/federal courts in Delaware.
